Recipe Summary Cat's Famous Coleslaw

This is a very light yet amazingly tasty coleslaw. Instead of usual mayo this version uses Greek yogurt and the taste doesn't suffer in the least. Very refreshing.

Ingredients | Valintines Day Cat Drawing

1 onion, finely chopped

1 head cabbage, finely chopped

4 carrots, grated

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 (8 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained and chopped

salt and pepper to taste

paprika to taste

garlic powder to taste

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the onion, cabbage, carrots, Greek yogurt, and pineapple. Season with salt and pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Chill 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
